At Hasmoore Things, we want you to love your lovely finds! We understand that sometimes a purchase doesn't work out, and we're happy to help make the return process as simple as possible.

30-Day Return Policy

We accept eligible returns within 30 days of the date your order is delivered.

To qualify for a return, items must be unused, unworn, in their original condition, and returned with original packaging, tags, and accessories where applicable.

Proof of purchase is required.

How to Request a Return

Please contact our customer support team through our store's contact page or use the return-request option available in your customer account.

Returns must be authorized before merchandise is shipped back. Return instructions and the appropriate return address will be provided after approval.

Please do not return merchandise to the address on your shipping label unless instructed.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs when returning an item because of a change of mind, incorrect size selection, or personal preference.

We do not charge restocking fees.

If you receive an incorrect, damaged, or defective product, please contact us so we can arrange an appropriate resolution at no additional return-shipping cost to you.

Non-Returnable and Final Sale Items

For health, hygiene, or product-specific reasons, certain merchandise may not qualify for change-of-mind returns, including:

Opened or used skincare and cosmetic products
Certain personal hygiene items
Personalized or custom-made products
Clearance items specifically marked "Final Sale"

Any final-sale restrictions will be clearly identified before purchase.

These restrictions do not limit rights or remedies required by applicable law for defective, damaged, or incorrectly supplied merchandise.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order when it arrives.

If an item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us as soon as reasonably possible with your order number and photographs, if available.

We will review the issue and arrange a replacement, refund, or other appropriate resolution. Your applicable legal rights remain protected.

Order Cancellations

Eligible unfulfilled items may be canceled within 1 hour of order placement.

Once an order has entered fulfillment or shipment, cancellation may no longer be possible.

If an order has already shipped, eligible merchandise may be returned according to our return policy.

Refund Processing

Once your returned merchandise is received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days after approval for processing, although your financial institution may require additional time. Where applicable law requires an earlier refund or a different refund procedure, we will follow those legal requirements.

Original shipping charges are generally nonrefundable for change-of-mind returns, unless otherwise required by law.

Exchanges

To request a different size, color, or style, please contact us. Exchanges depend on product availability and fulfillment arrangements.

When a direct exchange is unavailable, you may return an eligible item and place a new order.

International Returns – Canada & United Kingdom

Hasmoore Things welcomes customers from Canada and the United Kingdom. Our standard 30-day return policy applies to eligible international purchases, subject to applicable consumer protection laws.

International Return Shipping

For ordinary change-of-mind returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise required by law. Please contact info@hasmoorethings.com before returning an item so we can provide instructions and the appropriate return address.

For damaged, defective, or incorrectly supplied merchandise, we will provide an appropriate resolution at no additional return-shipping cost to you, consistent with applicable law.

United Kingdom – Consumer Cancellation Rights

Customers in the United Kingdom generally have a legal right to cancel eligible online purchases within 14 days after receiving their goods, without giving a reason. Customers who exercise this right generally have a further 14 days to send the goods back.

To exercise this right, email info@hasmoorethings.com with your order number and a clear statement requesting cancellation. You may use any clear written statement; no special form is required.

Where legally applicable, we will refund the purchase price and the cost of standard outbound delivery, subject to the rules governing partial returns and premium delivery options. Refunds will be issued within the legally required timeframe, including applicable requirements concerning proof of return.

Customers may be responsible for direct return shipping costs for change-of-mind cancellations where permitted by law and disclosed before purchase.

Certain products, including qualifying personalized goods and sealed hygiene-sensitive products that have been unsealed after delivery, may be exempt from statutory cancellation rights where permitted by law.

Our standard one-hour order cancellation window does not limit statutory cancellation rights.

Canada – Consumer Rights

Canadian customers are eligible for our standard 30-day return policy. Additional cancellation, refund, or other consumer rights may apply depending on the customer's province or territory.

Nothing in this policy limits rights that cannot legally be excluded.

Customs and Import Charges

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other charges. Any applicable charges and responsibility for payment will be communicated in accordance with applicable law and the checkout terms.
